As the hotel is attached to the North Terminal, it was only about a four minute walk to departures. The room was very quiet and beds are comfortable, staff were polite and professional, great help from Emma on Concierge. Will definitely use again.

Samim was friendly and professional. Made us feel very welcome, asking us about our son’s tennis trip and whether we were staying in the hotel. Would strongly recommend the relaxing space that La Terrasse is. The food and drinks are very tasty and great value.

We had dinner in the bar. There is one very pretty lady, her name is Shivani. She gave us to really nice and great service! We enjoyed that sooo much! The hotel is clean and the bed is very comfortable. We had a great time in Sofitel. The pizza was delicious!
